Hi, I'm Sarah!

I'm a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist and Fertility Expert based in Farnham, Surrey and I have helped countless women and couples, just like you, fall pregnant and bring home the baby they've been longing for. 

On a personal note, I've also walked a mile in your shoes so I know just how frustrating, overwhelming and scary fertility can feel. I'm here to change that for you in a way that cuts through the noise and focuses on you as an individual - without giving up everything you love.​​

If you're feeling frustrated, exhausted, or even a little lost on your fertility journey - you’re not alone. Maybe your tests are all normal but those two lines still haven’t appeared. Or maybe you’re doing everything “right” and still nothing seems to be happening. I get it. This journey can feel confusing, scary, and overwhelming - I'm here to change that for you.

Here’s the good news: there is almost always a reason why conception is tricky - it just hasn’t been uncovered yet. That’s where I come in. I help you:

Reduce the noise: The amount of conflicting fertility advice that's out there is wild. I help you work through the recommendations that are right for you and your body so you can stop guessing and spending your nights Googling the latest fertility trends.

Understand your body: It's easy to go along with the recommendations that have worked for others but honestly? They're not you. No two bodies are the same so no two fertility journeys should be the same either. I help you understand what's going on under the surface - from hormonal hiccups to nutrient gaps and inflammation - and reclaim trust in your own body's abilities (because your body is amazing, even if you feel like it's letting you down right now).

Prioritise nourishment over restriction: I'm not one of those nutritionists who tells you to cut out everything you love - instead, we focus on adding more foods into your diet to plug any nutrition gaps that could be holding you back from conceiving.

 

Build in micro habits that shift the dial: It's the tiny little things you do consistently every day - not the big things you do every now and again - that really help to shift the dial when it comes to overall health and fertility. I help you make small, simple and sustainable tweaks that can fit seamlessly into you everyday life.
