CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full appointment fee.

As a small business, every appointment is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations rarely leave enough time for me to offer that appointment to someone else who may be waiting, meaning the time is often left unfilled. Charging for late cancellations helps protect the sustainability of my practice and allows me to continue providing the highest level of personalised care to every client.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used towards any of my services unless otherwise stated.

Please note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or expired gift vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.

Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to my standard cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend your appointment, your gift voucher may be redeemed in full or for the value of the missed appointment. Appointments are subject to availability, so I recommend booking well in advance of your voucher's expiry date to avoid disappointment.

 

Any remaining balance on a monetary gift voucher can be used towards future appointments before the expiry date.
