Nutritional therapy is a personalised, evidence-based approach to optimising your health. In other words, as a Nutritional Therapist I work with the latest nutrition science to work out what your body needs to help it feel and function at its best. I combine tailored nutrition, practical lifestyle guidance, supplement recommendations and, where appropriate, advanced testing to look beyond the obvious and explore what's happening under the surface.
Because no two bodies are the same, there’s no one-size-fits-all plan here. I take the time to listen to your story, understand your health history and get a really clear picture of what’s going on.
From there, we work together to create a targeted plan around you - one that seamlessly fits into your every day without turning life upside down.
No restrictive diets. No endless lists of foods you can’t eat. Pizza and chocolate? Sure, but smarter. But as someone who is not perfect 100% of the time I absolutely won't expect you to be perfect either. Because balanced nutrition should be fun, not another full time job.

How do I get started?
I always recommend booking a free 15-minute call before choosing a nutrition programme. It’s a chance to tell me a little about what’s going on, ask any questions and, most importantly, see if we’re a good fit. Plus, we can have a chat about what type of programme would be best suited for your needs. You can also check out my FAQ section here.

Nutritional Therapy FAQs
WHERE DO YOU WORK?
I run my practice from a dedicated room in my home which is located only a short distance away from the centre of Farnham, Surrey however, I also offer the option of holding nutrition consultations on Zoom if that's more suitable.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR WORKING TOGETHER?
Every client journey begins with a free 15-minute strategy call - this gives us a chance to chat about your health goals, understand what support you’re looking for and decide which approach would be the best fit for you.
If we both feel my approach is right for you, I’ll recommend the programme that I believe best matches your needs. Before your first consultation, I'll ask you to complete a detailed health questionnaire and food diary. This helps me understand your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition and the bigger picture before we meet, so we can make the most of our time together.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING MY FIRST NUTRITIONAL THERAPY CONSULTATION?
Your initial consultation is a deep dive into your health story, your current symptoms, routines and everything else that makes up your daily life and could be influencing your health and wellbeing. We'll work together to identify any nutrition gaps and other factors that may be contributing to your symptoms before creating a personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle plan designed to fit seamlessly into your life. My aim is to create changes that feel achievable and sustainable, rather than another overwhelming list of things you “should” be doing. Because nutrition should never feel stressful.
WILL I BE GIVEN A STRICT DIET PLAN?
Absolutely not. Nutrition should support your life, not take it over. Rather than restrictive diets or unrealistic rules, I focus on simple, practical changes that work with your routine, preferences and lifestyle. We’ll build healthy habits gradually, helping you feel confident and empowered in your choices.
DO I NEED ADVANCED TESTING?
Not necessarily. Many clients make significant improvements through personalised nutrition, lifestyle changes and targeted support alone. In some cases, advanced functional testing may provide additional insight into areas such as nutrient status, gut health, hormones or other underlying factors. If I feel testing could be beneficial, I’ll discuss the options with you and explain the benefits and limitations. Testing is always optional, and where appropriate I will encourage you to reach out to your GP as a first port of call.
HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO WORK WITH YOU?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some people need support with a specific goal, while others benefit from a longer-term approach to address more complex health concerns.
During your free strategy call, we’ll discuss your goals and I’ll recommend the level of support that I feel will give you the best chance of success.
CAN NUTRITIONAL THERAPY HELP WITH MY SYMPTOMS?
Nutritional Therapy takes a whole-person approach, looking at how nutrition, lifestyle and individual factors may influence your wellbeing. Clients often seek support for areas such as energy, hormonal health, fertility, digestive health, stress, sleep and navigating life stages such as perimenopause and menopause. It's important to note that Nutritional Therapy is not a replacement for medical care, but it can work beautifully alongside conventional healthcare to support your overall wellbeing.
DO I NEED TO TAKE SUPPLEMENTS?
Not always. Food and lifestyle foundations come first. Where appropriate, I may recommend specific supplements to support your individual needs, but these recommendations are always personalised and based on your health history, goals and circumstances.
WHAT MAKES YOUR APPROACH DIFFERENT?
My approach combines evidence-based nutritional science with a softer, more intuitive approach to wellbeing. I don’t believe in quick fixes, fear-based health advice or overwhelming lists of things you need to change. Instead, we’ll focus on understanding your body, making simple changes and creating habits that support your health for the long term.
