Nutritional Therapy Descriptor

Nutritional Therapy (NT) is the application of nutrition and lifestyle science in the promotion of health, wellbeing and individual care. NT practitioners assess an individual’s nutritional status, lifestyle factors and health goals to identify potential areas of imbalance and provide personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

NT recognises that every individual is unique and recommendations are tailored to the person rather than following a ‘one size fits all’ approach. It may be suitable for individuals looking to optimise their health and wellbeing, support specific health concerns or make positive lifestyle changes.

NT is a complementary approach and is not intended to replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. I will always encourage clients to seek appropriate medical support where necessary and will refer clients to a suitably qualified healthcare professional where signs or symptoms require further investigation.

Reflexology Descriptor

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the principle that specific areas of the feet correspond with different parts of the body. Reflexology is intended to support relaxation, wellbeing and the body’s natural processes by encouraging a state of balance and calm.

Reflexology is not a diagnostic therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Reflexology sessions are tailored to the individual and may be used alongside other forms of support.

Your Practitioner

I am a qualified and BANT-registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist. My practice combines science-led education with a nurturing approach, offering personalised support through nutrition, lifestyle guidance, advanced testing and reflexology.

I work within professional scope of practice and do not diagnose, prescribe medication or claim to cure or treat medical conditions. Recommendations provided are intended to support wellbeing and should not be used as a replacement for medical advice or treatment. Professional standards are maintained through relevant professional bodies (BANT. AoR, CNHC) and codes of conduct applicable to my qualifications and areas of practice.

• I may recommend nutritional supplements, advanced functional testing or other health-related products where appropriate and may receive commission from some products or services.

• It is important that I am informed of any medical diagnoses, medications, herbal remedies or supplements being taken, as these may influence recommendations or suitability of nutrition/lifestyle recommendations or reflexology treatments.

• Clients should contact their GP or appropriate healthcare professional regarding any health concerns or changes in symptoms.

• If a client is unclear about any recommendation, supplement protocol or treatment plan, they should contact me for clarification.

Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Fees are agreed in advance of appointments and payment is required prior to the consultation or treatment.

Any programme packages must be paid in full before the first appointment unless an alternative payment arrangement has been made at my discretion.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (‘no shows’), will be charged in full.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, clients booking services online or by other means of distance communication may have a 14-day right to cancel their agreement (‘Cooling-off Period’) however, if services begin within this period, any refund will be adjusted to reflect services already provided. Equally, if an appointment has been made within the 14 day period, the client agrees that they wish services to commence on the agreed appointment date and understands that my cancellation policy applies to booked appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments (‘no shows’) will therefore be charged in full irrespective of the 14 day cooling off period.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to hello@sarahnash.co.uk. Any eligible refund will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.
