About me
Oh hey, I'm Sarah - a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist and Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist based in Farnham. I'm also a mum of two, so I know a thing or two about how easily your own needs can end up at the bottom of the list.
I created my reflexology treatments to give busy mums a chance to step away from the everyday chaos, properly switch off and have some time that's just for them.
My treatment room is a calm little space where you can put your feet up, take a breath and let someone look after you for a change. Because looking after yourself shouldn't have to wait until everything else is done.

A little space to switch off
My little treatment room is located in Farnham, Surrey. You'll find me a short 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town and there's plenty of free parking close by if you're driving in.
It's a calm, welcoming space away from the usual noise and demands of everyday life. Somewhere you can put your feet up, slow down and switch off for a while.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE GIFT VOUCHER?
The gift voucher is for a 60 minute reflexology session. Time to get comfortable, switch off and have a bit of peace and quiet for a change.
HOW DO I BUY ONE?
Just get in touch with me and I'll sort everything out for you. Your voucher will come in a lovely teal envelope, ready to give to someone who deserves a little time to themselves.
HOW DO THEY BOOK THEIR TREATMENT?
Easy! They just need to email me at hello@sarahnash.co.uk and we'll find a time that works for them.
HOW LONG DO THEY HAVE TO USE IT?
The expiry date will be on the voucher, so they'll know exactly how long they've got to book in. All vouchers are valid from 12 months from the date of purchase.
CAN I BUY ONE FOR MYSELF?
Absolutely! You don't need to wait for someone else to buy you one.
IS REFLEXOLOGY SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE?
Reflexology is suitable for most people. However, there are certain situations where treatment may need to be adapted or postponed. If you have any concerns about whether reflexology is safe for you, please just drop me an email on hello@sarahnash.co.uk and we'll have a quick chat to work out the best way forward.
