Reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that works on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond with different areas of the body. By applying targeted pressure to these reflex points, reflexology can encourage deep relaxation and help support the body’s own natural healing response.
Every reflexology session in my little clinic in Farnham, Surrey is tailored to the person in front of me. I take the time to listen to what you need and adapt the treatment accordingly, because no two people are quite the same.
Sometimes your body needs a little more attention in certain areas. Sometimes you simply need to switch off, take a breath and let someone else do the work for a while.
Most people find reflexology deeply relaxing and calming, and it’s not unusual for clients to drift off to sleep during a treatment. Seriously, it's magic.

Reflexology FAQs
WHERE DO YOU WORK?
I run my reflexology practice from a dedicated room in my home which is located only a short distance away from the centre of Farnham, Surrey.
DOES REFLEXOLOGY HURT?
Reflexology should never be painful. Some areas may feel a little more tender than others, but treatments will always be adapted to ensure you're comfortable and relaxed.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Some people notice benefits after a single treatment, particularly when it comes to relaxation and stress relief. For longer-term concerns, I would generally recommend a minimum of 3 sessions.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Comfortable clothing is ideal but you can really wear anything you like. You'll remain fully clothed throughout your treatment, removing only your shoes and socks.
CAN REFLEXOLOGY DIAGNOSE OR CURE MEDICAL CONDITIONS?
No. Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. It works alongside conventional healthcare to support your overall wellbeing and should never replace medical advice or treatment.
IS REFLEXOLOGY SAFE?
Reflexology is suitable for most people. However, there are certain situations where treatment may need to be adapted or postponed. If you have any concerns about whether reflexology is safe for you, please just drop me an email on hello@sarahnash.co.uk and we'll have a quick chat to work out the best way forward.
WILL YOU ONLY FOCUS ON MY FEET?
Although treatment is carried out solely on the feet, reflexology very much takes a whole-body approach. It works on the principle that certain reflex points on the feet correspond to areas and systems within the body, thereby promoting whole body balance.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT VOUCHERS?
I do! You can purchase reflexology gift vouchers here.
ANY OTHER QUESTIONS?
